Ship off as many young people as possible so they don't compete for jobs and boost the unemployment statistics. Then there's the heroin trade. US heroin trafficking will spike as the CIA brings smack home with the casualties. Don't believe me? During the Vietnam War, our "fallen heroes" were sent home in caskets with false bottoms - filled with heroin. No one would dare disturb the caskets of our "fallen heroes," therefore it was an ideal way to smuggle dope. The more casualties, the better.
