		<description>I have read that article as well.  Everyone knows there are many souls of the Bolivarian Revolution; I&#039;ve been trying to address this in a roundabout way.  You have your typical populism, corporatism, corruption, but also you have an expansion of participatory democracy.  You have basic welfare capitalism funded by oil wealth, but you also have vital industries under worker management.  A lot of the raw development numbers look good, even though inequality has been INCREASED in some sectors.

It&#039;s hard to decipher it all, actually; I don&#039;t see how developing countries can break with the imperialist system and world capitalism.  Venezuela has some flexibility because they extract a healthy surplus from importing countries via oil, but I don&#039;t really see a &quot;model&quot; here.</description>
