		<description>The resolution was resoundingly passed at the conference. We were clear that this must be a joint effort of DSA and YDS.   We look forward to discussing this project and reforms with you all in Chicago at the DSA convention. We&#039;re excited to work with Andrew Porter, the new National Organizing Committee Facilitator, on this as well.</description>
