From the sound of tonight&#039;s speech, the answer is leaning closer to what our new Governor (thanks for that nice letter to state employees reminding us that you are our new Gov, Bob) wants. Jobs with no real caveots. We have 20% unemployment in Southside Va. due to the gutting of manufacturing. What are those workers hired through those tax cuts going to make if they&#039;re unskilled due to your likely school cutbacks, Bob? Nothing better than the previous factories that couldn&#039;t compete with low wage labor, I&#039;m sure. 

And for Obama, this program can run out in front of this &quot;export increase&quot; idea. Don&#039;t get me started on that. Exporting more grain from large farms that hire few workers and run off farm subsidies to the wealthiest farms is bad policy, and it&#039;s killing the one export countries in Latin America and Africa should have an advantage in.</description>
